- VAT NUMBER / ID NUMBER.
- Name of the purchasing contact person.
- Purchasing contact person's email address.
- Invoicing address.
- Shipping address.
- If you are self-employed, please indicate whether or not you have R.E. (Registro de Empresarios).
You must also attach the following documentation:
- IAE model 036/037 if your company is Spanish.
- Certificate of Registration or VAT if your company is foreign.
