Al 30% con glicerina para acabar la mezcla se parece bastante al original.
Sin embargo yo lo hago al 20% para dejarlo al final en un 50/50 y resulta consistente y rico. A mí la primera opción me parece demasiado dulce.
Eso sí. Al menos un mes de maceración.
