Al 30% con glicerina para acabar la mezcla se parece bastante al original.
Sin embargo yo lo hago al 20% para dejarlo al final en un 50/50 y resulta consistente y rico. A mí la primera opción me parece demasiado dulce.
Eso sí. Al menos un mes de maceración.

Macerado al 20% queda demasiado flojo de sabor, es don juan pero muy "soso" recomiendo al 30% y mínimo 1 mes de maceración.
